We are an advertising & web management agency. Currently handling Kirin,
Chocomax, Wasser, Produgen HiCal, Pegadaian, Direct Test, DKJ, Sony
Indonesia, Djisamsoe, Prambors FM, AMild & Sunsilk Circle Of Beauty.

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking for the most qualified
candidates to fill the position as:

Web/Flash Designer
(Indonesia, Jakarta Raya - Hang Tuah)

Requirements
1.One year minimum experience web design and development experience
2.Strong portfolio of visual design samples
3.Expert command of Photoshop and Illustrator/Freehand
4.Experience with Flash, Fireworks, and Dreamweaver
5.Keen eye for typography, color and layout
6.Thorough knowledge of web design and development
7.Expert understanding of HTML, best coding practices and clean UI implementation
8.Experience with cross-browser CSS/HTML design and behaviors
9.Familiar with HTML email design and development
10.Experience with XHTML, Javascript, PHP, ASP, and web design standards is preferred
11.Familiar with best SEO practices
12.Experience working with cross-functional teams including programming, marketing, and development
13.Knowledge of screen-layout constraints, preparing graphics for online use, web palettes and font support
14.Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving environment
15.Working knowledge of current technology and a strong understanding of design trends

Additional expertise to be prioritized:
Javascript, this includes AJAX, JOMLA, API (Facebook & Friendster application)
